This thesis analyzed the effect relationship such as festival service quality, relation quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment), Long-term relationship orientation(customer retention, Repurchase Intentions, and word-of-mouth), festival events. First of all, this thesis analyzed the effect relation on relation quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment) of festival service quality and the effect relation on continuous Long-term relationship orientation, Repurchase Intentions, and word-of-mouth of relation quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment). First, six quality factors were drawn out; F1(festival program), F2(accessibility), F3(festival guidance), F4(facility), F5(food), F6(local original souvenir). Second, festival service quality had an effect on all factors except accessibility to relation quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment). This thesis intends to contribute to improving festival service quality and making a plan of visitors'-related management, local-festival-made strategies.
