The project to improve the problem of functional, insufficient communication capacity of apartment house has been promoted continuously. Among them, the outdoor space can be used as a wide open land and used for a 'community' so it has been suggested as a solution. Therefore, it is necessary to search for interaction between spaces and continual access by escaping from existing limit through the outdoor space of apartment house. The study analyzed the outdoor space factors of domestic and overseas apartment houses, which were selected as cases, with new design factors that should be searched for in interactive design and applied them to the characteristics of interactive design. As a result, the outdoor space of domestic apartment house was various and active from the aspect of skill or quantity but it was more insufficient than overseas cases from the aspect of synthetic plan, consideration on surrounding environment and emotion. Therefore, the study will establish various contents factors of interactive design and suggest access to the outdoor space of apartment house through service improvement and continuous interaction.
