Job interview is an important event to those who are seeking a job. However, some of them worry due to the lack of communication skills. There are verbal and non-verbal behaviors on the process of communication. Those who have the lack of communication skills would not performance verbal and non-verbal behaviors appropriately. This programs is aimed at the improvement of communication skills for job interview. For this purpose it is constructed of the 4 activities involving the same as the following: Activity 1. Introduction this program, searching the role-model and planning the long life road map. Activity 2. Visual self-styling education : make-up, hair styling, skin care, body care and walking. Activity 3. Image making education : first impression management, business manner. Activity 4. Speech : communication skills, simulated job interview and role play of the appropriate verbal and nonverbal beheviors on job interview performance. This image making program appeared to be a relatively high level of satisfaction. Therefore, this study revealed that it can be utilized as a tool for developing job interview skills of college students.
