The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in a network between the current leisure activity and the desired leisure activity of casino employees. Since the work environ- ment of the casino employee is considered different from others, as far as this study under- stands, this would cause a difference between the present leisure activity and the desired leisure activity of the casino employee. In order to achieve the research purpose, the study used a social network analysis method. The study first conducted a survey for five days from November 1st of 2014 and used a total of 166 valid samples in the final analysis. As expected, the study confirmed that there is a difference between the current leisure activity and the desired leisure activity of the casino employee. This study is considered academically signifiant in that it proceeded with its investigation using the social network method but not these most popular SPSS and AMOS methods. In conclusion, the study expects that what this study has found from its analysis will help any follow-up researches to extensively examine the network between the present leisure activity and the desired leisure activity of the casinos employee.
