Tourist courses of tourist destinations may vary depending on the type of tourists such as group or FIT. If we can analyze the movement path of tourists in terms of tourist types, it will be a practical help for the development of a new type of tour courses and joint marketing between the tourist attractions. In this study, a social network analysis(SNA) was conducted in order to analyze the tourist movement pattern focusing on Seoul tourist destinations. The more specific purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism network between package tour and FIT visiting Seoul. For this purpose, the patterns of visiting places and courses in Chinese tourists by using social network analysis(SNA) were explored. The results of analysis are as follows; In degree centrality, there is a some differences between two groups. The highest density in the degree centrality of group travelers is duty-free and shopping, but the highest density in the degree centrality of the individual traveler is located around Shinchon/Hongdae, duty-free shops and shopping. In this regard, this study will be possible to provide basic information and data for developing travel courses for foreign independent tourists or joint marketing among travel agencies and tourist destinations in the future. Several academic and practical implications are suggested.
