Through this study, I found out the following academic conclusion about the appearance and development process of trading company in Korea.In short, the late Chosun which was still under the feudal system which was enforced by the national protection policy, finally went through modernization.We know that the modernization which was quite late comparing with Japan continuously forced and maintained by the Japan Empire and the colonial policy negatively affected the appearance of independent-self-funded trading companies. Especially in this study, I pointed out the fact big trading conglomerates and Jaebol after under the Japanese imperialistic rule worked on the artificial factor suppressed the appearance and growth of national trading company which had relativelyAlso, I stressed on this situation in Korea the General Trading Company such as in Japan became the possibility of obstructing to create and develop spontaneously.
