The purpose of this study was an analysis of the change of BMD and blood cholesterol after combined exercise program of long terms(12 months) in menopause women(n=9). Combined exercise program of 1 years was a consisted of aerobic ladder and circuit weight training exercise as frequency of 3 days per week and exercise duration of 90 min. We measured body composition, glucose, blood lipids, hemoglobin, AI and BMD. BCM, TWB, FM, MM, BMR of body composition were significantly decreased after 4 months, TWB and %FFM were significantly increased and FM was signigicantly decreased after 8, 12 months. Glucose after 8, 12 months, T-C after 4, 8 months, TG after 4 months, HDL-C after 12 months and LDL-C after 8, 12 months were significantly decreased. AI was significantly decreased after 4, 8, 12 months. BMD was significantly increased in BMD of R-forearm, T-score and BMD of L-calcaneuse, T-score, Z-score after 4 months. In conclusion, regular exercise program participation of long terms improve the quality of life with positive effects in body composition, blood lipids and BMD.
