The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of university students’ social justice self-efficacy and social Inequality · Discrimination experience on career barriers. With carrier barriers as a dependent variable and social Inequality · Discrimination experience as an independent variable, the interactions among social injustice self-efficacy, social Inequality · Discrimination experience, and career barriers were examined, and the effects of social justice self-efficacy and social injustice Inequality · Discrimination experience on career barriers were investigated. For this, multiple regression analysis was carried out with faithful respondents of 328 students from universities in the C do region. The findings were as follows: First, social justice self-efficacy showed a positive correlation with social Inequality · Discrimination experience, and a negative correlation with career barriers, respectively. Social Inequality · Discrimination experience showed a positive correlation with career barriers. Second, it was found that social justice self-efficacy and social Inequality · Discrimination experience explain university students’ career barriers significantly. Social justice self-efficacy and social Inequality · Discrimination experience also explained significantly university students’ environmental career barriers and psychological career barriers. On the basis of the findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented, and follow-up studies were suggested.
