The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the start-up performance of small business owners, focusing on the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, start-up environments and start-up support systems. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only the innovation among the psychological characteristics such as innovation, self-determination and social responsibility, had a significant effect on the start-up performance. Also, it was found that only the social support among the start-up environments such as start-up recognition, start-up preparation and social support, had an effect on start-up performance. In addition, it was proved that only the start-up education support among the start-up support systems such as start-up funds, start-up consulting and start-up education, had a significant influence on the start-up performance. It is expected to be reflected in the development of the government's start-up support policy for encouraging and supporting start-up.
