The purpose of this research is to analyze how organizational justice can affect organizational effectiveness in fire service organization. This study categorizes organizational justice into three parts; distribution justice, procedure justice and interaction justice. The results shows that, first, organizational justice has positive effect on organizational effectiveness, which reflect characteristics of fire service organization where teamwork and fairness among team members are highly valued. Secondly, no difference on the cognition of justice was found by demographic factors such as gender, age, education and job factors including position and length of service. Finally, almost half of the fire service officers in the survey answered that they would do their best in performing their job although they were treated unfairly at work such as promotion.
