This paper examines the classification of the agricultural cooperatives. Some empirical models of factor analysis for the classification of agricultural cooperatives using the data NACF. In general, classification factors of agricultural cooperative in korea were development stage and spatial units and criteria of classification has been changed from the quantity approach to quality approach. The present study found that ensuring the classification by urbanization level of region, also argue that increasingly successful and innovation partnerships among the rural and urban agricultural cooperatives will be a key to the integration of korean agricultural cooperatives. This study particularly suggest that incorporating dynamic nature of urban region agricultural cooperatives is vital to construct desirable future of urban community and to predict the future images of urban agricultural cooperatives. Finally, the present study revealed that the urban agricultural cooperatives must participate not only urban economy also rural economy, since viable and healthy urban agricultural cooperatives are an indispensable component of balanced rural agricultural cooperatives.
