This study conducts quantitative analysis of the factors that affects the satisfaction of contract cultivation of agricultural products for each retail outlet, using surveys and ordered probit model for highland cabbage farmers, and seeks for ways of expansion for agricultural products contract cultivation. After examining the factors that affect the satisfaction of contract cultivation of agricultural products for each retail outlet, age is the only factor that has a negative(-) figure in the satisfaction of vegetable yard dealing with producing dealer, which is statistically significant, and it is found that there is a positive(+) correlation between the age and the satisfaction of vegetable yard dealing. Also, for cooperative unit membership, contract cultivation with National Agricultural Cooperative Federation(NACF) has a positive(+) figure, which is statistically significant, and it is found that there is a positive relationship between cooperative unit membership and contract cultivation with NACF. Debt of farms was a variable that indicates significant effect to the satisfaction probability of contract cultivation with NACF, but it is found not significant to the satisfaction of vegetable yard dealing. Among the variables of selecting agricultural products dealer, income stability is indicated as significant to contract cultivation with NACF, but it is found not significant to the satisfaction of vegetable yard dealing. Meanwhile, when considering the convenience of working, the satisfaction of vegetable yard dealing has a positive(+) figure, which is statistically significant. However, it is found not significant to the satisfaction of contract cultivation with NACF.
