Among the new technologies that have in recent years entered the biomedical fields in research, practice, and education are the rapid prototyping techniques, particularly as applied in three-dimensional (3D) printing. Anatomy is one of the fundamental areas of medical education. The aim of this research was to assess whether learning structural anatomy utilizing 3D printing. Experimental results show that 3D printing has a better Understanding effect than other learning materials. Experimental results show that 3D printing has higher satisfaction than other learning materials (textbooks, 3D application). Overall, learning using 3D printing showed higher results than other learning materials such as textbooks and 3D application.
