Green tourism was conducted to activate rural economy, it’s goal was not achieved. So this study was conducted for activation of green tourism by using intermediary support organization. To achieve study purpose, table study was conducted to understand the intermediary support organization, and field study was conducted to derive a present condition and problems of Pychang-Chang county’s community business and 3 local intermediary support organization. As a result of analysis, the intermediary support organization of green tourism’s problems were quantity problems, quality problems and system problems. First, quantity problems were lack of the intermediary support organization and participated community numbers in the intermediary support organization. Second, quality problems were not accomplished intermediary support organization’s role, not provided differentiated services to community according to community characteristics, difficult of independent management due to absent of profit model. Last problem was system problem. There are many interest group in the intermediary support organization, they didn’t accomplish their each roles. So it’s structure wasn’t well activated. So this study derived five factors of the intermediary support organization, that were nationwide intermediary support organization, local intermediary support organization, local government and private organization, community business association and tourist(consumer), desirable each roles were suggested for the local intermediary support organization’s activation.
