Report Errors
As many local governments has supported the activities of civil society organizations or local residents such as in the field of community building, disputes on the support system have been increasing. In the core of the disputes, intermediary organizations such as support centers for community activities, because intermediary organizations may influence on the vitality of community activities. This study analyzed community activities and support system of Goyang City Community Support Center through survey to the heads of the communities and FGI (Focused Group Interview) to the staff and voluntary consultants. As a result, the needs of information sharing on communities and community activities. This is important to communities for expand their activities, and also consultants for education and consulting. For the heads, education and information are very important before starting the activities. And Center has to design the consulting as a field of sharing information and experiences of diverse participants.
