Unfamiliar pronunciation and accent, fast verbal speed, difficultvocabulary and grammar, and the lack of pragmatic information hinder listeningcomprehension of Korean language learners. But it is not only due to the lackof linguistic knowledge that makes listening difficult. Affective Factors,Cognitive Factors, and Contextual Factors are also significant for listeningcomprehension. What are the factors other than the linguistic factors thatinfluence listening comprehension of Chinese Korean learners? This studyexamined which factors influence listening comprehension and listeningself-efficacy, respectively. As a result, listening self-efficacy and listeningexposure time were statistically significant variables affecting listeningcomprehension. In addition, it was found that cognitive strategies and listeninganxiety were also important key factors affecting listening self-efficacy. MBTIpersonality type had no effect on listening comprehension. On the other hand,Listening self-efficacy showed significant difference between S(sensing) groupand N(intuition) group while listening anxiety showed difference betweenT(thinking) group and F(feeling) group. From this study, it was found thatlistening education, which usually concentrate only on the detailed contents ofthe vocabulary grammar center, should be changed in order to improve thelistening ability
