The study analyzed the relative explanatory validity of factors and theories used to influence the delinquency of multi-cultural juvenile using cultural acculturation theory, general strain theory, social bonding theory, and social learning theory, which was confirmed to have a high level of explanatory validity for the delinquency of ordinary teenagers and multi-cultural juvenile through prior research. According to the analysis, gender, multi-cultural availability, depression, school attachment, differential association and definitions variables have statistically significant effects on the delinquency of multi-cultural juvenile. It was also possible to confirm that the delinquency of multi-cultural juvenile was highly explained in order of social learning theory, cultural acculturation theory, social bonding theory, and general strain theory. The study is meaningful in that it has comprehensively validated the growing misdeeds of multi-cultural juvenile in Korean society based on delinquency theory. It is also worth analyzing which variables are important among the sub-variables of delinquency theory and comparing their explanatory validity to multi-cultural youth delinquency by delinquency theory.
