The purpose of this study was to present the benefits of multi-family housing complexes and the ripple effects at the national level through public housing management services for multi-family housing. In addition, through the content analysis of apartment housing management diagnosis service, a housing management service performance index system was created and the results obtained through the management diagnosis service were derived. As a research method, literature analysis, content analysis, and expert survey were conducted.
The results of this study were as follows. First, what was the "value" of the management diagnosis service as a component of the management diagnosis service performance indicator system. Second, we developed a standardized "indicator" to measure objective and empirical results. Third, it was revealed that there were economic and social ripple effect through management diagnosis service.
