The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic types of housing management that the disabled at home can perform themselves or need of support housing management services, and to suggest the guidelines for the housing management services for households with disabilities.
40 disabilities were interviewed about their living conditions and housing management status. The results were as follows : 1) The demand for public space safety facilities, regular inspection services for facilities and equipments, and sanitation management services for public spaces was the highest. Regarding the housing management service within the household, the demand for consumable repair, replacement, and cleaning services was highest. 2) The housing management services guideline was divided into six parts. The user side and the operator side were included, and the housing management plan and scope of provision, the provider, cost burden, and related community resources were complexly(blendedly) included for each type of housing management services.
