Report Errors
The interest in residential environment for the disabled"s independent living in community such as deinstitution of the disabled and community care has increased. Not only aspects of space planing but also housing living services delivery based on housing that support the solutions to the difficulty in daily life at home is necessary for the disabled"s independent living in community. Studies on analyzing the needs of housing living services have done because of the increase of the interest in housing living services and apartment complex with housing living services. However, the studies on housing living services that are provided to the disabled household connected to community is insufficient. Therefore, this study conducted housing living services needs survey among the disabled in community and analyzed housing living services based on personal characteristics, housing characteristics and disability characteristics. The result of this study can be used as the basic material to the development of housing living services considering the type of disability, the degree of disability, the type of household, the type of house and so on.
