The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial structure characteristics of food culture street. To carry out the research, the framework of the analysis was prepared through literature review on food culture street and space syntax, and based on this, basic survey and space syntax analysis were conducted on Anigol. As a result of the basic analysis, Anigol needed to install new facilities for rest and convenience, such as bench and public restroom, and to expand transportation facilities such as shuttle buses available inside Anigol. In addition, the introduction of event facilities for hosting various performances and events was discussed and the introduction of sculptures and landscape facilities using characters to enhance branding, promotion and marketing of food and culture streets. Regarding management facilities, the need to expand and strengthen the maintenance of the facilities was discussed. Meanwhile, the space syntax analysis of Anigol showed that its global integration and intelligibility were lower than the standard. These results mean that in the case of Anigol, visitors have difficulty finding their destination, and that visitors have a spatial structure that is not clearly aware of the paths of space. Further, based on the analysis results, a comprehensive review of information provision facilities is needed to strengthen the efficiency and awareness of space use of vehicles and walkers.
