In response to the revitalization of the housing market in the Daegu region, the construction of apartment complexes is increasing. According to the size of the building, the recently built apartment house in Daegu is subject to a building deliberation and a landscape deliberation, and a building permit is granted. However, by choosing the colors of the building considering only the design aspects of the building, It is a fact that the color of the surrounding landscape is inconsistent with the color. As new construction of large-scale apartment buildings increases, considering the change of the housing environment in Daegu city, the study on the characteristics of the guideline for the management of the color landscape that has the largest visible impact is based on the study of apartment buildings in the residential area. The minimum items to be considered in order to create a harmonious color landscape of single-family homes and neighboring living facilities are to improve architect designers and local residents" awareness of the color landscape, and to enhance the ability to form a good urban landscape. The significance of this study is as a source for this. Therefore, through analysis of the color situation of the new apartment building in Daegu City, which was newly built in 2019, it was checked whether the newly constructed apartment house meets the 「Daegu Metropolitan City Environmental Color Guidelines」to some extent, and this will help Try to find a color management method.
