This study presents recovery standard models for high-speed vehicles in cases in which vehicles have accidents in stations. Most of all, this study presents a standard model that compensates for problems by analyzing domestic and foreign cases of vehicle recovery. In order to present this model, after derailment of a high-speed vehicle at a station, we found a way to recover from a vehicle accident in the shortest time for each equipment by sequentially entering the Accident Recovery Container Crane, Jack-Kit, and Double-Tracker. In addition, a high-speed vehicle is created as an articulated bogie and recovery time is determined by whether the vehicle’s composition is separated during the accident recovery; however, while there has as yet been no recovery model, we have covered a lot of social costs for delays in recovery time and vehicle damage. So, this model presents a standard way to recover vehicle accidents depending on type of accident. These standard models for accident recovery can play an important role in construction of an emergency response management system for railway accidents that minimizes secondary damage after accidents and allows rapid handling of railway accidents.
