The beauty service industry is one of the service industries people of various ages are looking for for their own beauty and convenience. As a result, the beauty service industry is now saturated, it is feared that the standardization of beauty technology and excessive competition in the beauty industry will lead to the rapid collapse of the beauty industry, and therefore the beauty service sector should study what is important for the improvement of service quality, customer satisfaction and worker satisfaction. Thus, this study aims to analyze the positive behavior of hairdressers to provide more specific and clear actions with satisfactory job performance and effective direction for enhancing long-term service rates for both employees and managers. The study targeted graduate students at Sogang University and current employees in the beauty service industry in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. A total of 340 copies were distributed, and 320 copies were collected and valid questionnaires were used as final analysis data using statistics as 302 parts. It was analyzed that the positive behavior of hairdressers, the effect relationship between job performance and long-term service, the influence relationship between job performance and long-term service, and the influence of job performance and organisational behavior, the sub-factor of positive behavior, showed significant influence on job performance and long-term service, and significant influence on long-term roots of job performance, sub-functionality and individuality. Therefore, it is necessary for the efforts and sincerity of the contestant to achieve the performance of the employees, and plans to raise the rate of service by increasing the satisfaction rate of the employees, and hopes to be used as more specific and effective management data.
