The purpose of this paper was to re-light the views of women who were suppressed in the patriarchal society at that timeby analyzing 'women's will' by type in ancient Korean, Chinese and Japanese literature. I divided the will of women into three types. First, in a 'personal andemotional will,' a woman wished through her will for the despair and separation of love, the oath of love and the its continuation to the future. The second is 'domestic and ethical will,' in which women seek to complete filial piety, implement enthusiasmand practice motherhood through wills. Third, as a 'social and ideological will,' a case in which a woman sought to realize justice through a will and rebuild social norms. Through this study, women ironically defended patriarchal feudalism until the last moment of life through their life-like wills, sometimes through wailing and struggle, and resisted with the whole body so that all members could hear through their weak, small voices. Afterall, the woman's will was the last self-realization of a woman, and at the same time the last cry of women who had lived their lives in inflection under the oppression of feudalism. And women's wills should not be understood just on a personal level, but onthe last challenge to the family and society, and even the social system and ideology that they had struggled with.
