The choice or preference for bakery organic products is increasing due to environmental changes caused by the development of culture and diversity of consumer needs. Therefore , in order to increase sales of high-quality organic products in the bakery industry, This study attempts to analyze the consumption attitude and interest of bakery organic products according to consumption value and to identify the degree of information source acquisition . It is used as useful data for establishing marketing strategies and indicates basic data to increase the effectiveness of the bakery business. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers with a higher value for eco-friendly products have a significant impact on their attitudes and interests in bakery organic products, thus, the improvement in consumption and interest of bakery organic products is targeted at consumers who value eco-friendly products, as well as, the image and promotion of eco-friendly products should be emphasized . In addition, consumers, who value family health, emotional symbolism, and individualistic values, are also likely to emphasize the importance of purchasing and paying attention to bakery organic products. Second, consumers who have a high level of information source acquisition have a closer relationship with the consumption attitude and interest of products , and eco-friendly values had positive effects on the consumption attitude for both upper and lower groups, on the other hand , eco-friendly values and family health values had positive effects on the level of interest in products. Accordingly, the level of interest in information greatly affects well-being-oriented behavior . Therefore , the improvement of consumption and interest in bakery organic products should be prioritized by marketing strategies that utilize information provision and various promotions for eco-friendly and health-conscious consumers.
