Report Errors

This paper proposes AR-KNU+ that is a sentiment lexicon for analyzing university reputation. The AR-KNU sentiment lexicon has been proposed to analyze the university reputation. However, the AR-KNU sentiment lexicon has little data and shows issue bias. Therefore, this paper proposes an extended AR-KNU (AR-KNU+) sentiment lexicon that can resolve the disadvantages of the AR-KNU sentiment lexicon. To achieve the goal, this paper collects three-year data from an internet portal site, and the collected data is classified by part of speech and labeled. The AR-KNU+ sentiment lexicon proposed in this paper can contribute to an improved analysis result for university reputation.
