LED have various skin regeneration effects on different wavelengths, helping to treat injury, rejuvenation and acne, etc. Ultrasound can improve skin wrinkles and the contour of a face by inducing contraction and synthesis of collagen and reducing local fat accumulation. In this study, 415nm, 630nm, and 850nm of single wavelengths for skin regeneration masks are applied in various ways to see if they are effective in proliferating skin cells. In addition, the proliferation ratio of fibroblast was verified by applying ultrasonic stimulation together. As a result, LED light stimulation at certain wavelengths was effective in cell proliferation when applied. In addition, multi stimulation combined with LED and ultrasound also confirmed that skin cells increased their proliferation activity.
