In this work, we experimentally demonstrated the two-phase flow pressure drop in minichannel multiport tube during the saturated boiling of R717 and R290. The data were conducted with the mass fluxes ranged from 50 to 500 ㎏/m2s, heat flux of 3 and 6 ㎾/m2 and the saturation temperature of 6℃ in two different tube types. The experimental data were also validated with various frictional pressure drop models in the library. The effects of mass flux, heat flux and tube types on frictional pressure drop are analyzed. Also, a new pressure drop correlation was developed to improve the prediction of the current experimental data.
