지구촌 인력의 국제적 이동과 교류가 증가함에 따라 한국 사회에서 국제결혼이 보편화 된 혼인의 모습으로 점차 변화되고 있다. 결혼이주여성의 사회통합을 위한 문제는 개인적인 상황이나 노력으로 해결될 수 있는 것이 아니며 어느 한 요인에 의한 것이 아니므로 다양한 요인에 대한 포괄적인 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내 결혼이주여성의 사회통합에 영향을 미치는 요인을 문화적응 스트레스, 가족관계 스트레스, 사회적 지지의 측면에서 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 먼저 객관적 사회통합인 지역사회 참여부분을 살펴보았다. 첫째, 한국 국적을 취득한 경우, 가구소득이 높을수록 사회활동 참여에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화적응 스트레스가 투입되면서 지각된 차별감이 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지를 투입되면서 정서적 지지와 도구적 지지는 지역사회 참여를 높이는 강력한 요인으로 나타났다. 다음으로 주관적 사회통합인 삶의 만족도를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 소득과 한국거주 기간, 한국어 수준은 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 양적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화적응 스트레스를 투입되면서 향수병이 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시부모관계 스트레스가 높을수록 삶에 만족도는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 사회통합과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 사회적 지지는 사회통합에 가장 강력한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.
As the international movement and exchange of global manpower increase, international marriage is gradually changing into a form of marriage that has become common in Korean society. The problem of marriage immigrant women’s social integration cannot be solved by personal circumstances or efforts and is not caused by any one factor, so comprehensive consideration of various factors is required. Efforts should be made to find policy studies and methods that can help marriage migrant women adapt and integrate into Korean society. This study examined the factors influencing the social integration of married migrant women in Korea in terms of cultural adaptation stress, family relations stress, and social support. Social integration aims to comprehensively examine aspects of life satisfaction, which is subjective social integration, and community participation, which is objective social integration. The research results are as follows. First, we looked at the part of community participation, which is objective social integration. First, among the general characteristics of the survey subjects, acquisition of nationality and income were found to have a significant and quantitative effect on participation in local communities. In the case of acquiring Korean citizenship, the higher the household income was, the more positive influence was on participation in social activities. Second, it was found that the perceived sense of discrimination had a significant impact as cultural adaptation stress was applied. Although marriage migrant women participated in the local community and lived in harmony, the discriminatory gaze at them as foreigners still made it difficult for marriage migrant women It seems to be the result indicated. Third, as social support was introduced, emotional support and instrumental support were found to be powerful factors to increase community participation. Next, the degree of satisfaction in life, which is subjective social integration, was examined. First, it was found that income, period of stay in Korea, and Korean level had a significant and quantitative effect on life satisfaction. Second, it was found that homesickness had a significant effect on life satisfaction as cultural adaptation stress was applied. Homesickness, a longing for hometown, appears due to cultural discrimination, and there seems to be a part where longing for the motherland makes them difficult. Third, it was found that the higher the mother-in-law relationship stress, the lower the satisfaction with life. Fourth, as a result of examining the relationship between social support and social integration, it was found that social support is an important factor influencing social integration.
