Photo-responsive PS-b-P2VP/AuNP polymer nanocomposite systems with controlled 3D nanostructures were reported in a reversible manner. The key strategy is to attach Azobenzene-based ligand to the AuNP surface, whose polarity changes reversibly due to the photoisomerization of Azobenzene according to specific light wavelength.
