We developed light-responsive block copolymer (BCP) particles, whose shape can be reversibly controlled. The main idea for forming light-dependent, reversibly shape changeable BCP particles is to design the surfactant containing light-active groups, which can light-dependently modulate interfacial activity in reversible manner.
