This study analyzed whether R&D support contributed to the creation of business performance such as revenue and exports to companies that received ICT R&D funds from the government. The purpose of this study is to reaffirm the importance of R&D investment and to help reduce the critical view of the high cost and low efficiency structure of government R&D support. This study was conducted on an empirical level and analyzed with companies that directly supported R&D funds at IITP, an ICT R&D dedicated organization. As a result of the analysis, it was reaffirmed that R&D investment should be important and continuous in order to secure the growth and competitiveness of the company. At the same time, it was shown that the government R&D was operating relatively effectively. The analysis of the impact of R&D investment on revenue along with the number of employees and company history on the government-supported R&D companies showed that R&D investment had the greatest impact, and R&D investment was more influential among the two variables that were significant in exports
