Plants respond to external stimuli in various ways, such as phytohormones, hydraulic, and electrical signals, which are responsible for transmitting localized stimuli. Electrical signals are rapidly transmitted the stimuli to the other parts of plant. Thus, electrical signals generated by external environment can be used as a way of monitoring what environment plants are exposed to inversely. In this study, we attempted to measure the changes in the intracellular level of voltage in strawberries according to the external environment change. The experiment was conducted in a growth chamber with a Faraday cage. The chamber was maintained at air temperature of 25/20°C (day/night), relative humidity of 60%, and 120 µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> PAR using fluorescent lamps.
