Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most common malignancy in men and the public health concern. Because of the limitation of classical risk assesment, the study of metabolomics has been attracted for the sensitive toxicity assesment tool. In this study, we conducted the non-target based metabolomics in the urines of 5 PCa patients by using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry after HLB solid phase extraction. Multivariate statistic analysis was followed to identify the metabolic dynamics identified according to each PCa stages.
