The pandemic of COVID-19 has changed the teaching environment at universities online education, and online classes have been expected to continue until the end of COVID-19. However, research on online classes at universities including tourism field has been conducted very limitedly. In this situation, it is meaningful to suggest the direction of future online classes through an evaluation of online classes in tourism field. Therefore, in this study, the influence of online class quality, class satisfaction, and learning outcomes were investigated, and additionally, differences were analyzed according to general matters. As a result of analysis, it was found that the quality of online classes have a significant effect on class satisfaction partially. In addition, it was found that online class satisfaction have a significant impact on learning performance. Furthermore, there are some significant differences in the quality of classes, satisfaction of classes, and learning performance depending on the major and grade. Based on these findings, theoretical and practical implications, the limitations of this study and its future direction will be proposed.
