Community residents' capacity and community leader experience are very important factors that affect community satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that rural community capacity affects community satisfaction. And it analyzes the moderating effect of community leader experience in the relationship between community capacity and community satisfaction. Data were analyzed by using structured questionnaires and 430 residents in rural communities. As a result of factor analysis, four dimensions of community capacity were derived: leadership capacity, problem solving capacity, empowerment capacity and communal capacity. The results of the study showed that leadership capacity and communal capacity factors had a positive effect on community satisfaction in four dimensions of community capacity. The study analyzed whether community capacity has a moderating effect by adding community leader experience as a moderating variable in the relationship with community satisfaction. Finally, in the relationship between community capacity and community satisfaction, it analyzed whether there is a moderating effect by putting the interaction between community capacity and community leader experience in the relationship between community capacity and community satisfaction. This was derived as a moderating variable between community capacity and community satisfaction. The moderating effect was analyzed to have the lowering control effect and the pure control effect. Based on the results of the analysis, academic, policy and practical implications were presented in the performance of community development projects.
