The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the structure of expository text and to derive educational content. As a result of the study, In this study, the relationship between different information exists at the basis of the structure of the expository text, and the relationship between these topics is classified into 'general-special', 'object-object', and 'all-part'. Among them, the relationship between 'general-special' and 'all-part' is a hierarchical relationship, and the relationship between 'object-object' is equivalent. In the'general-special' relationship, a structure that amplifies or illustrates the general content, a summary of the previous content, or a structure of a language in other words appears. In the relation of 'object-object', there are an array structure and a comparison structure. The arrangement structure is divided into temporal arrangement, spatial arrangement, and topic arrangement structure, and the comparison (control) structure can be subdivided into object comparison and aspect comparison structure. The causal structure is an organization type composed of the contents of cause and effect, and the problem-solving structure is an organization type composed of the contents of problems and solutions. In the'whole-part' relationship, there is a structure of classification and analysis that provides information by dividing the properties and details of an object according to certain criteria. This study is significant in that the structure of various sub-texts of expository texts was restructured and subdivided according to the relationship of topics.스트 구조, 상위 구조, 화제 관계
