본 연구는 2015년에 개발한 노인 영양지수(Nutrition Quotient for Elderly: NQ-E) 개정을 위해 최근 5년간 발표된 노인의식행동 및 영양섭취 관련 문헌 및 전문가 심층의견 등을 중심으로 후보 평가 문항을 선정, 수도권 거주 노인 100명을 대상으로 파일럿 조사와 6대 광역시에 거주하는 노인 1,000명을 대상으로 전국조사를 하였으며 탐색적 요인분석 및 확정적 요인분석을 통해 평가 문항을 17개 문항의 3개 요인으로 분류와 구성타당도를 검증하였다. 노인 영양지수의 영역가중치는 균형 0.55, 절제 0.10, 실천 0.35로 표준화 경로계수를 이용하였다. 개정한 노인 영양지수는 2015년의 균형과 다양의 내용을 ...
