Grape seeds are rich in proanthocyanidins, whose anti-inflammatory capacities have been widely reported. Grape seed proanthocyanidins (GSP) are comprised of repeating monomeric units. This study aimed to compare the impacts of various GSP on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in murine STC-1 cells. The effect of GSP on cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay.
