Half-life extension with functional moiety is a fascinated approach to elevate the drug efficacy. Despite dramatic advances in scientific research on protein nanocages, there remains the main hurdle for their clinical investigation; potency for recycling protein peptide and absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME).
