Technological innovationshares thedevelopment andhistoryof mankind. andit istrue that the importance of technological innovation is growing even more as it develops in modern society. In particular, the future of mankind is uncertain due to global warming of resources, resource depletion, and destruction of ecosystems, includingthe global lowgrowthtrend. So innovation is important. The purpose of this study is more difficult to develop small and medium-sized enterprises into innovative enterprises than large enterprises. We would like to present a solution through the literature on how to support these difficulties through the 'Technology Innovation Support System' of government support. In addition, the Government's support policy isalsointendedtoprovideforthe entity'sneeds. The findings are asfollows. First, the infrastructure within the entityplays an important role in achieving innovation and innovation. Second, the development of an enterprise into an innovative enterprise requires government support in the process of acquiringoutside knowledge. Third, the innovation of a company depends on its 'absorbability'. Fourth, the 'Technology Innovation Support System' can enhance the creation of the government's 'Technology Innovation Support System' by improving the innovation of enterprises. In addition, the government should seek discriminatory support for the introduction of innovation by enterprises. In conclusion, it is meaningful in this paper that the government's 'technology innovation support system' needs to be segmented according to the innovation capabilities of the entity, and that the entity has provided a more effective direction for innovation by having internal innovation infrastructure (learning organizations, research institutes, etc.) and by exploring selective government support policies.
