The purpose of the study was to find out the actual effect of the integrated community and to suggest improvement plans for smooth operation by comparing facility operation and community consciousness depending on whether the apartment is in the integrated community. The research was conducted through site visits, manager interviews and resident surveys. The survey was conducted from August 16 to September 6, 2021 for the residents of the target complex. As the result showed that the plan of the integrated community’s physical space did not lead to the revitalization of the integrated community, a guideline for the management and operation of the facility should be presented from the design phase to minimize dissatisfaction among residents. In addition, the unbalanced distribution of facilities caused conflict among residents, so when planning integrated community facilities, it is necessary to reduce the elements of conflict between residents through a balanced arrangement of facilities between complexes.
