North Korea in the early formation of the country's Political-security bureau, political security emphasis on the need for information was made by the agency. Police organizations are derived from the initial political organization and the nature of each country in the period of internal change in North Korea, but recognizing that the ‘enemy’ may have potential or internal ‘reactionaries’ were responsible for monitoring. Making process, especially in the regime of North Korea's ‘information’ is ‘national enemy’ for information, which was to identify, within the national intelligence agency of the ‘enemy’ recognized ‘presence and activities of reactionaries’ for information gathering and monitoring was performed. Making process within the government itself was the enemy attempts to isolate the search.
