Online political participation has become increasingly important in Chinese citizens’political participation pattern. In the process of building a service-oriented government, the government has the responsibility to make reasonable and effective response, which became the premise to guarantee the mobile era to achieve the interaction of government and citizen, and has become the key factors affecting the development of democratic politics. This paper focuses on the question of whether the government is involved and resolves through policy decision, after the problem of the public domain reflected on the Internet is reflected in the reality. In view of the outstanding errors of the response ability to the problems in the existing government, this paper selects Zhejiang province students’ real network in the event of the typical case, analyzes the performance and reasons of the government online response to the problems, and finally clears the responsibilities and services that the government should act as the online coordinator, builder, and protector of the interests of citizens, and that should also be long-term mechanism to solve public problems.
