Children's Library is designed considering their physical and cognitive development. In the physical aspect the development of children's spatial configurations were considered. The design of the library playground format for Children has been applied There is a big difference in cognitive development in lower grades and higher grades elementary school children. These differences appear mainly on the behavior of navigating reading experience. There is no difference in behaviour for higher grades students from that of adults. The designing of reading experience for the lower grades students should reflect such exploration that their curiosities are met. A personal space is needed for the higher grades students where they will not be disturbed when reading. In this study, we conducted a visual environment analysis and observation survey of six children's library in order to examine these matters. It was confirmed that the viewing behavior of children.
