The purpose of this study was to examine exactly the empowerment analyze divide into Hotel F&B and food service industry the influence job satisfaction and service quality. For actual proof investigation distributed questionnaires to employees there being to foodservice industry(Hotel F&B, restaurant) of local Seoul. Effective data were analyzed using SPSS. Followings are the study results. First, it is partly proved that Hotel F&B and restaurant employees' empowerment has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, it is partly proved that Hotel F&B and restaurant employees' empowerment has a positive influence on service quality. Third, it is exactly proved that Hotel F&B and restaurant employees' job satisfaction has a positive influence on service quality. Besides, impact and self-decision (the factors of empowerment) don't have a positive influence on job satisfaction and service quality. Food service industry employees couldn't make a strategic, operating and practical decision on their own job, and lack autonomy that can make a decision for themselves.
