The museum programming is significant in that it is a countermeasure for soulving realistic problems form lack of systematic approach of programming as shown in the background of museum established over 20 years in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find out the programming process for museum establishment planning. With these objectives, study had been accomplished and the results are as follows; 1) To set up program type and the programming process, 2) Comprehensive programming system: It is effective for the museum establishment planning to systemize the comprehensive programming. 3) Systemized the dicision-making to process reasonably programming.
