In a silicon solar cell, Al₂O₃ plays the role of passivation, which lowers recombination through an interface trap and generates a charge effect. In PERC cells, boron-doped p-type wafers are substituted with gallium-doped wafers since LID (Light Induced Degradation) does not occur, as it does with boron-doped wafers. The carrier lifetime increased as the thickness of Al₂O₃ was increased to 10 nm, 15 nm, 20 nm, and 30 nm, although there was no significant difference between 20 nm ... 전체 초록 보기
