The title of this thesis is “A Study on the Reorganization Process of land and other property rights in Poland”. The difference between capitalism and socialism is whether individual ownership of the means of production is allowed or not. Socialism does not allow individual ownership of the means of production. And countries adopting socialism maintain a planned economic order. Poland was democratized in 1990. After that, the reform of the social system was diversified. In the case of the land system, the confiscated land was returned or compensated. The land was privatized according to various standards. However, many problems arose in the process of privatization of land in Poland. A unified Korea should reorganize the rational land system by referring to the case of Poland. Farmland ownership should be attributed to farmers. General land should be privatized in stages by establishing a national development plan. An appropriate financial support system should be prepared for farmland owners.
